Visual Arts

The Art Program at Eisenhower Elementary has its roots in students receiving a full rounded understanding of art processes, art history, and art from cultures all over the world.  Each student at Eisenhower should move towards their secondary education with an understanding of drawing, painting, 3-D art including clay, Design, Architecture, and art history.  I teach techniques that are built on each year so students can feel confident in their ability to create.  I focus on students individuality through creative expression just as much as I focus on their acquisition of learning art techniques and art history.  I hope that this helps students find confidence in their abilities to express themselves as young people and as they get older.
